$RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX should be defaulted to /opt/napatech3/?

When the RPMs are built for the Napatech driver – shouldn’t $RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX in the SPEC files be defaulted to `/opt/napatech3/ ?

Currently the generated RPMs cannot be installed with DNF.
