We are looking to buy Napatech NT 2002A02 100G NIC, and planning to use both ports for Netflow capture.

Is there any benefit of buying more expensive server which have PCI e 4.0 x 16 Slots for this card or stick with less expensive server with  PCIe 3.0 x16?

In other words, is Napatech NT 2002A02 card  capable of taking  full benefit of PCIe 4.0 x16 interface?
