Expansion connector with Local Retransmission

Hi,

If 2x NT200A02 (Newer version) are connected via the HSEC8 expansion connector, will it be possible to use local re-transmission  from one NIC port to another NIC’s port ?
Eg. ntpl -e ‘Assign[DestinationPort=3] = Port == 1’
Where both NIC run as 9521 images.
