Hello support,

Our customer went onsite to install a server and the Napatech card.  When they put the card in the only available slot, there is a bracket on the chassis that blocks one of the ports on the card.

The other question we have is that it appears there is a port on the card that requires a cable to connect back to the power source – not sure if this is required or not, and there is no cable included with the card.

Would a secondary riser for the server would provide a spot for the Napa tech card to fit? Even in that case we’d still need the cable issue addressed.

Please advise on a possible solution.
