RE: Bluescreen DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) Napatech NT50B01

Hello,

we installed recently the NT50B01 on our supermicro computer and since then we have bluescreen issues. When we restart the PC, the bluescreen with the following faultstate appears: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f). I analyzed the windump files and they are hinting to the driver of the napatech card

When I uninstall the napatech card the PC restarts fine again. After reinstalling with manually start up and restarting the napatech card, the blue screen happens again after PC restart.

Do you have any ideas or hints what I could try to fix this problem?

The system LED should be green. If it is yellow, then it means the power supplies are good, but the FPGA is not loaded.

Can you send me the serial number (in the form 0000-xxxxxx)

I have attached an image that show the LED states.
