Hello!

I have connected the F2070X IPU according to the installation instructions, including the JTAG programmer. However, the commands `quartus_pgm -l` and `jtagconfig` do not show the JTAG hardware.

The USB cable does show up in `lsusb` as “Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT2232C/D/H Dual UART/FIFO IC”. Also, next to the JTAG port on the IPU there is a LED blinking.

So far I have tried Quartus 20.2 and 23.4.
